Art Deco Aquamarine & Diamond Ring c.1935
A beautiful Art Deco aquamarine and diamond 3 stone ring.
This elegant ring has a central emerald cut aquamarine in a cut cornered rub over setting with an old cut diamond to either side. The ring has beautiful scrollwork decoration to the underbezel.
The diamonds are set within triangular shoulders giving the impression that they are trilliant cut stones. This was a technique used frequently in the 1930's.
The aquamarine is a beautiful colour and clarity which is perfectly complemented by the diamonds.
The ring is low set to the hand and has a plain shank typical of the era.
