Antique Jewellery
We specialise in antique & period jewellery from c.1780 to c.1960 with an emphasis on unique antique engagement rings from the Georgian, Victorian, Edwardian & Art Deco eras together with vintage watches from the 1920s to the 1970s.

Our services
Between us, we have many years of experience working with antique and period jewellery and bring an in-depth knowledge that we are happy to share with you.
At our shop, we take in jewellery repairs and pearl restringing jobs and have a fully equipped specialist workshop. We can work on bespoke jewellery design jobs and help to re-model items of jewellery that no longer get worn. We are also available by appointment for both insurance and probate valuations of jewellery.

MEET THE TEAM
Andrew and Catherine
After a number of years selling primarily to the trade in London, Andrew set up his own business, Trivette, in 1998 exhibiting at antique fairs across the country selling carefully selected quality antique and period jewellery. Catherine joined the business in 2006 and launched our website in 2008.
In 2016 we opened our shop in the heart of Shrewsbury, Shropshire, and changed our trading name to Thomas Glover (a combination of our family names) to better represent our business going forward.
Together with Bertie our resident border terrier we can be found at the shop, online, and at the occasional quality vetted antique fair.
We are elected members of BADA the British Antique Dealers Association and are members of the National Association of Jewellers. We abide by the BADA code of ethics and integrity with all the items that we sell.
