Art Deco Sapphire, Emerald and Diamond Cluster Ring c.1925
An unusual antique sapphire, emerad & diamond cluster ring.
This beautiful ring has an old cut sapphire to the centre surrounded with a border of 8 old cut diamonds in a round cluster design. There are small emeralds set on the outer edges of the diamonds as accents.
The ring is rubover set in platinum with a milgrain edge in a typically 1920's design. The ring has a finely scalloped gold underbezel and tapered shoulders with scrollwork engraved detailing.
The ring is very low set to the hand and a fabulous example of design. The sapphire and emeralds are a bright and lively in colour.
