A pretty Art Deco opal and diamond cluster ring.
The ring has an oval cabochon opal surrounded by 10 small old cut diamonds in a cluster design. The ring is handmade with a platinum head and has a milgrain edge around both the opal and the diamonds. The setting is open to the reverse.
The ring has tapered shoulders onto a plain D shaped shank and is finely made. It sits very low to the hand typical of the era.
