Edwardian Amethyst & Pearl Earrings c.1910
A pretty pair of Edwardian amethyst & pearl drop earrings.
These lovely earrings each have an old cut amethyst in a gold rubover setting suspended from a seed pearl top by a triple seed pearl link. Each section is articulated so they move freely when worn.
The earrings have post and butterfly fitting for pierced ears.
The amethysts are a strong bright colour and are well matched. The earrings are finely made typical of the Edwardian era with a milgrain edge to the setting.
