Edwardian Sapphire & Diamond Cluster Ring c.1915
An unusual Edwardian sapphire and diamond cluster ring.
The ring has a central sapphire surrounded with 8 diamonds in a typical floral cluster 'daisy' design. The cluster has a sapphire to either side elongating the design across the hand.
The gemstones are all in a rubover setting with a milgrain edge. The sapphires are a wonderful bright blue in colour and well matched.
The ring is finely made and sits low to the hand typical of the Edwardian era. It is perfect for everyday wear and would make a lovely engagement ring.
