A beautiful Victorian aquamarine brooch in its original fitted case.

This stylish brooch has an elegant natural oval aquamarine surrounded with a border of fine small seed pearls. The brooch is finely mounted in a cut down setting open to the reverse typical of the Victorian era which lets light into the back of the aquamarine showing off the soft blue colour.

This wonderful brooch has its original fitted box and is in fabulous condition.

Era: Victorian, 1839 - 1901

Measurements: Aquamarine estimated 12 carats

Brooch 2.4cm in length, 1.9cm at widest point it weighs 6.5g

Hallmarks: Unmarked, tests 15ct gold
