A stylish Victorian star design stickpin.

This elegant antique pin has a cartouche design top set with a pearl set 8 pointed star. The star has a blue enamel border and is finely mounted with a seed pearl centre. The pin has a beautifully ornate ropetwist border and gold beadwork detailing.

This lovely stickpin has a registered design plate to the reverse and a long gold pin with twisted detail typical of the 19th Century.

Era: Victorian, 1839 - 1901

Measurements: Head of stickpin 2cm in length, 1.6cm at widest point

Pin 8 cm in length, weight 3.7 grams

Hallmarks: Unmarked - tests as 15CT gold on 9CT gold pin
