Victorian Turquoise & Pearl Cross c.1880
A stylish late Victorian turquoise and pearl cross pendant in its original fitted case.
This elegant pendant has 6 oval cabochon turquoise gemstones and 5 half pearls finely mounted in a cross design. Each of the gemstones is in a rubover setting and the cross is closed to the reverse typical of the Victorian era. The cross is engraved in script to the reverse with " H.B. from W.A.W. "
The cross has a generous runner ring allowing it to be suspended from a chain or ribbon and comes in its original fitted case by the Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co, London. It is in beautiful condition.
